Hello
This is our 14th year in business. It was a difficult year for us for many reasons, but also full of positive events.
We began by launching a Special Edition decal offer, which was intended to be low-volume sets that addressed the problem of unpopular paint schemes or scales. Unfortunately, due to equipment changes at the printing house we used, we lost the ability to print such sets and are still searching for a printing house that meets our expectations. If we can find one, this offer will return.
This year, we released a total of 16 new sets, fewer than last year, but at the same time, we reprinted a record number: 13 unavailable sets, and we managed to release another dozen of them as masks.
We also have three sets that, despite our best efforts, we were unable to release, and you are eagerly awaiting them:
D72200 PZL TS-11 Iskra „RED WHITE SPARKS”

The delay here is due to measurements of the real Iskra in this painting at the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow. Thanks to the precise data, we can refine the elements and correct any inaccuracies, but this requires some time, and we weren't able to do it before the holidays. We plan to release this set in January or February, as it's nearing completion.
The second is:
D..238 German Eurofighter Typhoon NATO Tiger Meet 2023

In this case, the work is very advanced. We've encountered a few unexpected problems, but we're optimistic. We also want to complete it in the first months of 2026, at the latest, so that it's a novelty at next year's Moson Show.
And the third, most delayed, and at the same time least advanced,
D..166 Portuquese F-16 NATO Tiger Meet 2021

The problem here is the scope of the work and the paucity of documentation. This aircraft was entirely hand-painted, so we have to recreate everything, and the lack of good documentation often makes this very difficult, and at some point, the project stalled. We managed to obtain some photos, but we're appealing to all of you for help. We already have what we can find online, so if you have access to them or know photographers who took photos of this aircraft, particularly during the A2A session, we'd appreciate your help. At this time, we can't provide an exact release date for this set. Theoretically, we could recreate this paint scheme "more or less" so that most of you might not even notice the differences from the original, but We don't think we're all about doing something sloppy :)
Although we're primarily focusing on the delayed sets (not all of which you've seen yet ;) ), we're also working on new ones, as the competition is fierce, and there are more and more topics to cover. You've been asking about a few of them, so we'd like to remind you that we don't reveal what we're working on until we're well advanced, if only because then certain misunderstandings arise, as with the three sets mentioned above.
What's new next year? There are several sets we've been working on for many months, but we haven't shown them to you yet. We'll probably start announcing some of them after the new year. You liked our idea of a limited edition rebox, "exquisitely," models and we want to continue this process, and we're currently working on three new boxes at varying degrees of advancement. ;)
Today we'll show you two sets that are well advanced. Both feature the F-35:
D..235 Dutch F-35A - generic set

The set will be quite large, as it includes all the squadron insignia that have been equipped so far, as well as the markings worn by the aircraft in the US and individual ones. There's quite a lot of it :) Of course, there's also the symbol of the ruSSian drone shot down over Poland.
The second one is a hot topic, as the first example flew and rolled out this month.
D..237 Finnish F-35A - generic set

Technically, we're ready to release this kit any minute now, but we'd like to wait a few weeks for further samples to confirm that certain markings are not an anomaly, but a regularity, and whether any new ones will appear.
We'll just add today that this isn't our final word on the F-35; we're preparing something else ;)
Enough about modeling, it's time to move on to a topic that's been causing a stir in our company this year. In August, we launched our offering under the new brand we created, DMJ-MM.

We started with T-shirts, and now we also have sweatshirts, children's T-shirts, backpacks, and bags. All with an aviation theme. This is a huge effort for us, as it's essentially a second company. We currently offer a total of 65 products, in over twenty designs. See the entire offering HERE.
This is effectively a second company, which has required a huge amount of effort, and this is one of the reasons for some delays in working on the decals. We've now managed to find a balance between both. We'll be developing both brands in parallel. Initially, we wanted DMJ-MM to be a separate project, completely unrelated to ModelMaker, but now we see that, firstly, that's not possible, and secondly, many of you are doing it anyway, which has made it a fact, and facts are undeniable :)
Next year, in addition to new designs, we plan to introduce more products to the DMJ-MM offering. We also have the first ideas for t-shirts with themes other than military aviation. There's a lot going on, and as a sample, here's a photo of the first stickers that will be available after the new year. They're suitable for cars, doors, refrigerators, anywhere you want, and this is just a small beginning of what we're developing ;)

That's all for today.
We wish you a great time, tons of money, and above all, health and prosperity in the coming 2026!
The MM Team
