We have it! Our RWD-8 model is now available for pre-order!

We have a lot of information, the first one unfortunately being bad, but the next ones are only good.

First and foremost, the model will be more expensive than we expected in regular sale. However, there's a good reason for this. We received a lot of messages, and there were also many comments on the post. The most important thing you requested were vertical and horizontal stabilizers, along with rudders. When we started this project, we planned to add both wings and stabilizers, but when we calculated the price of the model, we decided it might be too high, so the easiest solution was to leave out the stabilizers. After publication, when it turned out that the vast majority of you considered their absence an error on our part and that even the higher price wasn't an argument, we decided not to argue and added the stabilizers, renders of which you can see below.

We also received several comments from our regular customer, Mr. Jacek, whom we sincerely thank, regarding the paint schemes, and thanks to him, we improved several elements on the decals and hoods. The Bydgoszcz-based aircraft received the correct number 26, and the "Plon I" inscription is available in two color options.

In summary, the model will include:

- IBG MODELS plastic model sprues

- high-quality decals for seven military aircraft paint schemes

- 3D-printed wing with controls

- 3D-printed vertical and horizontal stabilizers with controls

- two types of masks for painting the markings, made of vinyl foil and yellow Japanese paper.

The pre-order will last approximately two weeks, after which the remaining models will be released in regular stores and stores. Please note, however, that this is a limited offer; as always, only 100 models are available.

There were also a few questions we need to answer:

- Will decals and wings alone be available?

It all really depends on how the model sells. We'll have as many decals as models, so this will require reprinting, similar to 3D printing, although this problem is much easier to solve. As of today, we can say that there's a good chance of that happening, but not until after the entire model series has been sold.

- Will 1/48 scale decals be available for the RWD-8?

Yes, 1/48 scale decals alone will be available.
