Hello everyone!

August 8th due to Polish Heritage Flight and Zabytkowe Szybowce the legendary Hawker Hurricane fighter, which needs no introduction, arrived in Poland. The aircraft landed at Piła Airport, where it was based in a historic hangar dating back to the Luftwaffe era.

To celebrate this aircraft's arrival, we collaborated with the organizers to create a special T-shirt. The original, but unfortunately last-minute, plan was for the aircraft to visit Dęblin Airport. Hence the route on the T-shirt.

We had the immense pleasure and honor of meeting and spending the entire weekend with these wonderful people, who made this initiative a success, and also enjoyed the sight of a Hawker Hurricane on Polish soil. We experienced wonderful moments, made new friends, and returned home overjoyed. A real bonus was the friendship forged between the aviation influencer Pilot Miś, whom you're probably familiar with, and the pilots and organizers of the flight from Polish Heritage Flight.

Finally, Hurricane and the entire PHF team visited the base in Powidz, where our F-16s from the Raven Squadron are currently stationed.

On August 12th, the visit concluded, and Hurricane returned to Duxford, its home. However, this was no ordinary flight, as PILOT MIŚ flew back to the UK on this aircraft! To celebrate this event, we've decided to release a special version of our occasional Hawker Hurricane G-HURI T-shirt. It was a great opportunity to show the plane from the other side and reveal the cockpit where the pilot sits.This is a limited edition of 99 pieces, and there will be no more. We invite you to shop!

Of course, as with the first T-shirt, part of the proceeds will be donated to  Polish Heritage Flight. Wonderful, passionate people who made it possible for us to admire Hurricanes in the Polish sky.
