We are sorry, but we ask for your understanding and understanding. The store was closed for private reasons, we currently do not have enough time to run it regularly, which often resulted in misunderstandings and anger from you as customers. Shipping delays led to frustration. Hence the decision to focus on production and leave sales primarily to distributors. However, we hope that this is a temporary situation and that maybe it will change in a few months.
Initially, the store was to be completely exclusive, but under your pressure, we decided to conduct a kind of sales campaign once a month.
It looks like this: we open the store when introducing new items to sale for about a week and only after closing it do we start packing and shipping, which also takes about a week, sometimes a little longer, so when making a purchase you should be aware that shipping may take place even after two weeks. , three weeks from purchase.
We inform about each sales campaign in the newsletter and on our Facebook profile. Now we will try to inform you about the opening date earlier.
